Popular spots like Restaurant North in Armonk, The Cookery in Dobbs Ferry and Peter Kelly's Xaviars X2O and Restaurant X are all in. There are a record number of participating restaurants this year - more than 200 - with some new faces and plenty of familiar ones, too. From March 9 through 22, Restaurant Week presents one of the best dining deals of the year: a three-course dinner for 29.95, or $20.95 for lunch.
